Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wayan Warrior (wayanwarrior.pro). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Wayan Warrior researches your niche from public social media data and helps you produce short-form content: scripts, carousels, captions and videos created with AI tools, including AI avatars and AI-generated scenes. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
Your content and permissions
- You keep ownership of the content you submit and of the outputs created for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
- You confirm that you have the rights and the necessary consent for everything you upload or register, including photos, likenesses, avatars and voices of any person.
- You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service to you.
AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review every script and video before publishing. Videos made with AI avatars or AI scenes must be labelled as AI-generated where a platform requires it; when you publish through Wayan Warrior we mark posts as AI-generated.
Publishing to connected platforms
If you connect a TikTok account, Wayan Warrior publishes only the content you select, with the settings you confirm, at the moment you press publish. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that impersonates a real person without their consent. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid features
Some features are paid. Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Card payments are charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR); the USD price is shown for reference. Generation that has already been delivered cannot be undone; refunds follow the rules below.
Refunds
Wayan Warrior sells digital services, so nothing is shipped or returned.
- Unused package: if you have not started a research run or spent any credits, you can get a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- Our failure: if a research run or a video fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund the payment.
- Delivered work: research, scripts and videos that were delivered, and credits that were spent, are not refunded in money. If you are not happy with a result, write to us and we will fix and re-render it. Unused credits stay on your balance; we do not make partial refunds.
- Duplicate or excess payment: we refund the difference.
To request a refund, email info@wayanwarrior.pro from your account email with the order number. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method: cards in 5–14 business days depending on your bank, USDG/USDC to the wallet the payment came from.
Availability and liability
The service depends on third-party providers and is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your files backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular results such as views or leads. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
