Wayan Warrior (wayanwarrior.pro) helps experts and businesses research their niche and produce short-form content: scripts, carousels, captions and AI-generated videos. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data. Your email address (used for passwordless sign-in links), display name and settings such as language and default avatar or voice.
- Content you submit. Briefs, niche descriptions, client pain points, links to public social media profiles or videos you ask us to analyse, script edits, captions and hashtags.
- Photos, avatars and voices. If you choose to upload photos for carousels or use a personal AI avatar or voice, we process the images and the avatar/voice identifiers you register. You must have the right and the consent of any person shown or heard. Photos uploaded for a single carousel are deleted from our storage after that carousel is built.
- Generated outputs. Scripts, carousel slides, video scenes, avatar videos, subtitles and finished videos created for you.
- Connected platforms. If you connect a TikTok account, TikTok shares your basic profile information (such as display name and avatar) and access tokens for the permissions you approve. We store the tokens encrypted and use them only to publish content you explicitly choose to publish.
- Technical data. IP address and request logs used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To provide the service you request: research, script and video generation, your content library and downloads.
- To publish content to a connected platform only when you press publish and confirm the post settings. We never post automatically.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and keep backups so your work is not lost.
- To contact you about your account, for example sign-in links or a finished analysis.
We do not sell personal information and do not use your content to advertise to you.
Service providers
We share only the data needed for a specific task with providers that process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare R2 — private storage and backups of your files and our database.
- Anthropic and OpenAI — writing and analysing text, transcribing short audio clips of public reference videos.
- HeyGen — generating avatar videos from your script with your chosen avatar and voice.
- Higgsfield — generating images and video scenes for your videos.
- Apify — collecting public data about social media videos and profiles you ask us to analyse.
- TikTok — only when you connect your account and publish.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active so you can access your library. Photos uploaded for a single carousel are removed after use. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time; backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Security
Files are stored in private storage and are available only through signed or owner-checked links. Platform tokens are stored encrypted. Sign-in uses one-time links, and session cookies are HTTP-only. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect TikTok at any time in your account; we then delete the stored tokens. You can also revoke access in your TikTok settings.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
- Do not upload photos, avatars or voices of people who have not agreed to it.
Children
Wayan Warrior is intended for adults running a business or professional account and is not directed to children under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above.
